I began my recruitment career in 2015, working with various international and regional recruitment firms. Over the past decade, I have built a strong track record in recruiting across general management and leadership, sales, business development, marketing and digital, and life sciences roles.

Since 2018, I have also been leading high-performing teams, successfully building dynamic groups from the ground up. Notably, I spearheaded the relaunch of a recruitment brand in Singapore, taking on full P&L responsibilities.

As a recruitment leader, I am dedicated to fostering strong relationships with candidates and clients while nurturing motivated and skilled recruitment professionals within my teams.

Roles I Recruit For

I lead the Commerce team at Ambition Singapore and specialise in mid to senior-level commercial mandates and life sciences roles. My focus is on connecting exceptional talent with opportunities that drive business success.

Outside of Ambition

When I’m not working, I cherish spending time with my wife and daughter. I’m also a fitness enthusiast, regularly attending functional training classes at BFT. Recently, I’ve developed a passion for HYROX fitness racing and look forward to participating in more global events in the future.
